Caitlin is amazing! She really went above and beyond our expectations and working with her and Paul was a joy. She was very easy to communicate with, and she gave us helpful guidance during the planning process. On the day of the wedding she was calm, pleasant, thoughtful, and accommodating of everything anyone asked of her. We used the month of coordination with Caitlin just to take the stress out of that final month. Caitlin and her husband were able to jump in on Saturday and finish what we were unable to set up on Friday and make everything look even better! They kept everything to schedule and even problem solved before I even knew there was an issue. I cannot stress enough how incredible Caitlin was to work with. The month ahead of my wedding was easily the most stressful month of my life, and Caitlin was there every single step of the way, stepping in when I needed her the most to ensure I maintained my sanity. I have always had trouble giving up control, but Caitlin gracefully stepped in, and helped to delegate everything I needed to, and I was able to be truly present during the most important day of my life. She knew exactly what I needed every step of the way. She didn’t just check in on the details, but she was always checking in on our mental state, making sure we were feeling okay, and if we needed anything. And on the big day, she made sure both me and my husband were the most taken care of. Whatever we specifically needed, we got. We are still getting compliments from our friends and family on how amazing Caitlin was, her day of execution and quick thinking to ensure our day was successful was more than we could have ever expected and I cannot recommend her enough. Her assistant Paul was so great and so helpful, and they made this wedding the best so many have ever been to. 10/10, Five Stars, you won’t be disappointed.

Caitlin did an amazing job with my daughter's wedding at the Howard County Conservancy. We had the month-of coordinating package, and Caitlin was a HUGE help pulling together the seating chart, answering last-minute questions and handling other up-front details. She and her assistant, Amanda, came early for the rehearsal and patiently worked with us on that, and they were beyond fantastic on the wedding day. Caitlin's calm, confident and organized presence kept everything on track. She and Amanda worked hard physically (setting up heavy floral arrangements on the arch, for example) and were always there to address concerns and questions from the vendors. We can't thank her enough for making the wedding perfect!
